A small listing for me as I keep forgetting important steps like tagging...

- Bump the version numbers in:
    * configure.in: WV_MAJOR/MINOR/MICRO_VERSION and LT_CURRENT/REVISION/AGE
    * wv2version.h: WV2_VERSION_MAJOR/MINOR/RELEASE, WV2_VERSION_STRING
- Add a ChangeLog entry for the release
- Make the directory cvs-clean and test the build (also with gcc 2.95.3)
- Run the regression test suite
- Commit the changes
- Tag the wv2 module with WV2_x_y_z
- Update the anonymous CVS tree (and make sure it's up to date)
- cvs-clean the anonymous tree
- cp -a the anonymous tree to wv2-x.y.z
- Run ./autogen.sh in the anonymous tree
- Create a tarball of wv2-x.y.z and bzip2 it
- gpg --detach-sign --armor wv2-x.y.z.tar.bz2
- gpg --verify wv2-x.y.z.tar.bz2.asc
- Upload the tarball and the signature to ftp://upload.sourceforge.net/incoming
- Create the sourceforge release
- Download the tarball and the signature and --verify it again
- Create the freshmeat announcement
- Announce the release on koffice-devel@mail.kde.org
- Update the konstruc entry (konstruct/libs/wv2) and the checksum. Add a
  ChangeLog entry, backport.
